Once the order is confirmed and Delivered it can’t be refunded

Within 30 days of delivery, products can be exchanged if you believe you ordered the incorrect item or if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, as long as it satisfies the following requirements:
The original package and all tags must be present.
The merchandise needs to be intact and unworn.
Attaching the Order ID is required.
Refunds
Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our products, standards of hygiene must be maintained. Therefore, certain items will NOT be exchanged. These include: panties, babydolls, bodysuits and any other lingerie set or item that includes panties, silicone bras also all products under Accessories. Kindly ensure your order accordingly. In case of exchange, the customer will dispatch us the product and we will send replacement as soon as we receive the parcel. If there is no product available for exchange, a coupon of the credit amount will be given to you, after deducting the courier charges. That coupon can be used with in three months to shop at wavystores.com
